We were very lucky this week to have D:Side Dave visit us and talk to us about keeping ourselves safe online. We talked all about internet safety and what we can do to ensure that we protect ourselves. We now know not to give any personal information to anyone and to use a silly name instead of our real one. We spotted and named lots of different websites that we may come across like google, bing or firefox and we talked about how to use these correctly and safely.

We also looked at age appropriate games and which age rating labels to look out for on the front cover of DVD's and video games. Some games can have numbers on them such as 3, 7, 12, 16 or 18. These numbers show the ages that we have to be to play the game. Some games also have letters such as 'U' or 'PG' and we have learnt which of these we can watch or play.
