Homework Hero - Week 3

We've had yet another fantastic week for homework in Class 3. Three people who stood out in particular; Millie B, Harry and Emily - well done!!

Millie B

has been very creative this week! Millie's art attack homework was inspired by her visit to the coast, where she collected shells! Millie then decorated them beautifully and glued them to a lovely stone! What a gorgeous homework piece! For her second piece, Millie created her postcard from Rome in clay, which must have taken a lot of time and patience. It looks fantastic, well done Millie!

Harry

impressed everyone today with his Roman shield made of wood!! Harry used a jigsaw to cut his wood, sanded it down and painted using spray paints and masking tape. Your shield looks absolutely amazing Harry - and very professional! It would definitely protect you from the enemy, good job!

Emily

presented both her homework pieces beautifully today. The first, she drew a detailed drawing on a flower (and even a bird on top) then described each section, including similes. For Emily's second piece, she wrote two superb personification poems on the wind and snow. I can tell Emily thought very carefully about her choice of verbs to bring her poems alive. Super work, well done!

Roman shields!

William made a very impressive Roman shield this week .. which is even taller than him! Good work!
